Congratulations to BP-Ford who have secured their second successive WRC manufacturers title, with one event still to run.
The Focus RS runs Pi Research data acquistion, chassis and engine control systems that were recently featured in the Decemebr issue of Race Car Engineering.

Mikko Hirvonen's fourth place at Rally Ireland proved enough to secure the title for the team, even before the Wales Rally GB. Marcus Gronholm remains in contention for the driver's championship, trailing by only six points to Citroen's Sebastian Loeb.
BP-Ford team director Malcolm Wilson was delighted with the second title, saying: "It's a fantastic feeling to win again. Nothing will surpass our 2006 title but back-to-back world championships sends out a message about how strong we are as a team. To win with one event remaining is amazing."
